About Profit Dashboard
Why we built this and what you can expect.
What we do
Profit Dashboard (profitdashboard.shop) helps online sellers see their real profit. Marketplaces like Shopify, Etsy and eBay show revenue and fees, but not the full picture: cost of goods, ad spend, and true net profit. We pull your orders, let you set COGS and ad costs, and show one clear dashboard with revenue, fees, profit and margins — including per product and per variant. So you know exactly how much you make after everything is paid.
Who it’s for
Profit Dashboard is for anyone selling on Shopify, Etsy or eBay who wants to track profit properly. Whether you have one store or several, a free or paid plan, you get the same idea: connect your store, sync orders, add your costs, and see net profit and margins. We support multiple stores per account (within plan limits) so you can manage everything in one place.
How we work
We use secure connections (OAuth) to read only the data we need: orders, refunds, and product info. We do not store your payment details or sell your data. Calculations run on our side so you get charts, alerts and CSV export for your own records. We use industry-standard providers (e.g. Google Firebase, Stripe for payments) and describe our practices in our Privacy Policy.
Get started
Create an account, connect your store from the Stores page (after signing in), and run a sync. Set your COGS and fee defaults in Settings, then open the Dashboard and Products pages to see revenue and profit. If you have questions, check our FAQ or contact us.
