- What is Profit Dashboard?
- Profit Dashboard is a tool that helps online sellers see their real profit after fees, costs of goods (COGS), and ad spend. Instead of only seeing revenue in Shopify, Etsy or eBay, you get one dashboard that shows net profit, margins per product, and alerts when margins are low or ad spend exceeds profit.
- Which marketplaces do you support?
- We support Shopify, Etsy, and eBay. You can connect multiple stores from any of these platforms (within your plan limit). Amazon support is planned for the future. All your stores appear in one place so you can track total profit across marketplaces.
- How does syncing work?
- After you connect a store, we sync orders and refunds from the marketplace. You can run a manual sync anytime from the Stores page to pull the latest data. Order history length depends on your plan: Free 7 days, Pro 30 days, Plus 90 days. We do not store your payment details; we only use order and product data to calculate revenue and profit.
- What is COGS and why does it matter?
- COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) is what you pay to make or buy each product. Marketplaces show revenue, but not your actual cost. In Profit Dashboard you set a cost percentage (or per-product cost) so we can calculate true profit and margin. Without COGS, you only see revenue minus fees, not real profit.
- How do I connect my Shopify / Etsy / eBay store?
- Sign in to Profit Dashboard, go to Stores, and follow the steps for each platform. For Shopify, enter your store domain and complete the OAuth flow. For Etsy and eBay, click the connect button and sign in with your seller account to authorise access. Your data is used only to compute profit and is not shared with third parties.
- Is my data secure?
- We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage. We only access the order and product data needed to calculate profit. We do not sell your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us at the email below.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Plus subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the Free plan with one store and 7 days history.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through Stripe. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT; VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. Invoices are available from your Billing page.
- I have a question or a problem. How do I get help?
- Use the Contact page or email us directly at the address in the footer. We aim to reply within a few business days. For account or billing issues, include your email and a short description so we can help quickly.
